Why THE BANNER BAR?

We truly believe that every moment, whether it's big or small, should be celebrated! Every banner is designed with intention (curated color palettes, thoughtfully crafted templates, and a customization process that's easy without feeling overwhelming).  Each banner is handcrafted from premium heavyweight cardstock and finished with clean slit openings so the ribbon hangs evenly every time.  

Can I fully customize my banner?

We offer curated customization to keep things easy (and beautiful).
You’ll choose from our signature templates, color palettes, and font options so everything feels cohesive and elevated.

Can I request a completely custom design?

If you have something specific in mind, we’d love to hear it.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Pre-made banners are ready to ship.  We fulfill custom orders according to the needed date you enter, so if yours isn't urgent, it may ship a little later, but always on time.  We offer USPS Ground Shipping, USPS Priority Shipping, and local pickup in Sunnyvale, California.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes!  Bay Area pickup (Sunnyvale) is available at checkout. If you select local pickup at check out, we will email you with pickup details once your order is ready. 

Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States.  All orders $50 and above ship for free. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each banner is made to order, we don’t accept returns.
If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 5 days of receiving your order, and we’ll always make it right.

How big are the banners?

Size varies by style.  Please see listed details on each product page.

Are letters uppercase?

Yes, always uppercase for that clean, modern look.

How do I hang it?

Each banner is strung with ribbon, ready to hang.  We love to display our banners on party posts (use code BANNERBAR at checkout for 10% off your order at partyposts.com).
Use tape, hooks, or command strips depending on your space.  Hang it on mantles, tables, doors, windows, walls, mirrors- the sky is the limit :) 

How to care for my banner?
